What is the difference between HelloCrowd App and a Custom Branded App

As you enable the mobile app, the app selection popup asks if you want to choose the HelloCrowd app or add a custom branded app to host your event. The HelloCrowd app includes the default branding and theme of HelloCrowd whereas a custom branded app allows you to configure branding and theme as per your event.
