Scavenger hunt comes as an event feature allowing you to maximize engagement with the inclusion of rewards for participation. Among the many event menu items, you can also add a scavenger hunt to the mobile app by following a few simple steps. Moving further, let us take a detailed look at the workflow.
Step 1: Select the Event
Once on the My Events dashboard, select the required event. Doing so takes you to the selected event's details screen.
Step 2: Click 'Mobile App'
Navigate to the Event Tools section and click Mobile App. This takes you to the Event Agenda screen.
Step 3: Click '+'
From the left navigation bar, click the + button next to the Event Menu heading. Doing so opens the Event Features screen.
Step 4: Click ADD from Scavenger Hunt
Once on the Event Features screen, click the ADD button from the Scavenger Hunt tile. This displays Scavenger Hunt under the Event Menu heading.
Step 5: Edit the Scavenger Hunt Description
A default description for the scavenger hunt is displayed in the field at the top. However, you can edit the description to your requirement.
Step 6: Enter Scavenger Hunt Reveal Phrase
Use the Scavenger Hunt Phrase field to record the reveal phrase for the scavenger hunt.
Step 7: Select Number of Codes
Use the Number of Codes dropdown to select the number of codes you want HelloCrowd to produce against the reveal phrase. The number of codes produced depends on the characters you include in the reveal phrase.
Step 8: Click 'Generate Codes'
Once the required information is added, click the Generate Codes button. This generates the selected number of QR codes against your reveal phrase.
