If you have enabled attendee questions for a session, the asked questions populate in the Q and A section of the Mobile App Interactivity. In this article, we will take a look at the steps you can follow to enable session questions and answers.

How to Enable Attendee Questions for a Session?

Step 1: Select the Event

Once on the My Events dashboard, select the required event. Doing so takes you to the selected event's details screen.

Step 2: Click 'Mobile App'

Navigate to the Event Tools section and click Mobile App. This takes you to the Event Agenda screen.

Step 3: Click 'Add session +'

Once on the Agenda screen, click the Add session + button. This opens the Add Session screen.

Step 4: Allow Attendee Questions

Once on the session creation screen, enable the Allow Attendee Questions toggle button located under the Session Options heading.

How to View Session Q & A?

Step 1: Select the Event

Once on the My Events dashboard, select the required event. Doing so takes you to the selected event's details screen.

Step 2: Click 'Mobile App'

Navigate to the Event Tools section and click Mobile App. This takes you to the Event Agenda screen.

Step 3: Expand Interactivity

From the left navigation bar, expand the Interactivity section. This reveals all options grouped under interactivity.

Step 4: Click Q and A

From the options revealed, click Q and A. Doing so takes you to the Questions screen where all the questions asked by the attendees are displayed.

Step 5: View Live

To view the Q and A live, click the screen button located at the top-right corner.

Step 6: Filter Q and A

To filter Q and A, click the filter icon next to the live icon. This opens the Filter Questions popup.

Step 7: Select Session

Select the session for which you want to filter the Q and A.

Step 8: Click 'Update Filter'

Once a selection is made, click the Update Filter button.
