Are you looking for a way to share relevant information and FAQ's about your event with your attendees? Look no further than the "Info Booth" feature on HelloCrowd. With this feature, you can easily create and share different articles, each with its own title, description, links, images, and videos. Follow these simple steps to add the Info Booth feature to your event and start sharing important information with your attendees.

Step 1: Adding the Info Booth Feature to the Event Menu

From the Event Builder, navigate to the event menu section. Select the "+" icon next to "Event Menu" to add a new event feature.

Step 2: Adding the "Info Booth" Feature

Once you've clicked on the "+" icon, you will see a list of available event features. Select "Info Booth" to add it to your Event Menu. Once the Info Booth feature has been added, the feature will appear under the Event Menu

Step 3: Add Info Booth

Simply select the “ Add Info Booth” button.

Step 4: Article Information

Once you've added the "Info Booth" feature, you can start creating articles to share with your attendees. To do this, click on the "Info Booth" tab and select the "Add info booth" button. Fill out the fields for each article, including the title, description, and any relevant URLs, images, and videos.

  • Hyperlink

To hyperlink text to a website, highlight the text and select the hyperlink icon in the menu. Insert the URL and select 'OK' to save.

  • Image

To upload an image, select the picture icon in the menu. Choose an image to insert.

  • Video

To upload a video link, select the picture icon in the menu. Insert the video URL from YouTube, Vimeo, or Instagram and select 'Save'.

Step 4: Repeat the Process

You can repeat this process as many times as needed to add all the articles you want to share in your Info Booth. Simply select the "New Info Booth" button again to create a new article.
