and showcase your event speakers? Look no further! In this guide, we'll take you through step-by-step instructions on how to add speakers to your event app manually. With the ability to include a speaker's bio, contact information, social media profiles, and session information, you'll be able to effortlessly showcase your speakers to attendees and create a more engaging event experience. Follow along to learn how to add your speakers and make your event app stand out.

Step 1: Navigate to the Speakers Section

From the Event Builder dashboard, click on the "Speakers" section on the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Add a Speaker

After adding the Speaker feature, head to the Speakers Event Feature. Here, click on the "Add Speaker" button to add a new speaker.

Step 3: Fill out Speaker Information

Enter in all the speakers information to create an engaging and informative event

  • Name: Enter the speaker's full name.

  • Profile Image: Upload a professional photo or headshot of the speaker.

  • Email Address: Provide the speaker's email address for contact purposes.

  • Company: Specify the company or organization the speaker represents.

  • Contact Number: Include a contact number for the speaker, if applicable.

  • Website: If the speaker has a personal or professional website, add the URL here.

  • Description: Write a brief description or bio of the speaker, highlighting their expertise and accomplishments.

  • Session: Link the speaker's session from the agenda to their profile, providing attendees with easy access to their presentation.

  • Social Media Links: Include any relevant social media profiles or handles for the speaker, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram.

Step 4: Repeat the Process

You can repeat this process as many times as needed to add all of your speakers to the list. Simply select the "+" icon on the Speakers tab to add and create the next attendee.

That's it! You can now easily add speakers to your event app through manual entry or importing them using the provided template.
