Adding sponsors to your event is a great way to showcase your supporters and partners. With HelloCrowd, adding sponsors is easy and can be done in just a few steps. In this guide, we will show you how to add a sponsor to your event.

Step 1: Add the sponsor feature

To add a sponsor, you first need to add the sponsor feature to your event menu. From the Event Builder, navigate to the event menu section and select the "+ icon" next to "Sponsor" to add the feature.

Step 2: Access the Sponsor section

After adding the sponsor feature, navigate to the event menu on the event builder and select the "Sponsor" section to enter it.

Step 3: Click on "Add Sponsor"

Once you're in the sponsor section, click on the "Add Sponsor" button to create a new sponsor profile.

Step 4: Enter sponsor details

Once you have accessed the event menu on the event builder, you can navigate to the "Sponsors" section and click on the "Add" icon to begin adding a new sponsor. This will open up a form where you can input all the necessary details about the sponsor.

Here are the details you will need to provide:

  • Sponsor name: Enter the name of the sponsor you want to add.

  • Email address: Provide the email address of the sponsor. You can tick the option to hide the email address from attendees if you want to keep it private.

  • Contact number: Enter the phone number of the sponsor.

  • Website: Add the sponsor's website URL.

  • Sponsor description: In the description section, provide a brief overview of the sponsor, their products or services, and what they will offer at the event. This is a great opportunity to showcase the sponsor's unique selling points and highlight why attendees should engage with them.

  • Profile image: Upload a logo or image of the sponsor. This will be displayed on their sponsor profile and in other relevant places in the event.

  • Category: Select a category for the sponsor from a pre-defined list or create a new category. This is useful for attendees to filter and find sponsors based on their interests or type of business.

  • Documents: Upload any relevant documents or materials related to the sponsor, such as brochures, flyers, or presentations to provide more information about the sponsor and their offerings.

By providing detailed information about your sponsors, you can make it easier for attendees to learn more about your sponsors and connect with them. Follow the steps outlined in this guide to add sponsors to your event and showcase your partners and supporters.
