Adding your Event Artwork
Updated over a year ago

Here's an explanation of the two options available for adding artwork to your event in the HelloCrowd app:

Option 1: Simplified Artwork Option

The first option for adding artwork to your event in HelloCrowd is to upload a logo. When you upload a logo, HelloCrowd will automatically convert it to an app icon and splash screen for you.

This option is the easiest and requires the least amount of effort on your part. You simply upload your logo, and HelloCrowd takes care of the rest. However, it's important to note that the logo you upload must meet certain requirements in terms of size and resolution. This is to ensure that the app icon and splash screen are of high quality and display correctly on all devices.

Option 2: Advanced Artwork Option

The second option for adding artwork to your event in HelloCrowd is to upload your app icon and splash screen individually. This option gives you more control over the final look and feel of your app, as you can upload individual assets for each element.

However, this option does require you to follow very prescriptive size guidelines for both the app icon and splash screen. The app icon must be 1024 x 1024 pixels in size, and the splash screen must be 2732 x 2732 pixels in size. These sizes are required to ensure that your app looks great on all devices.

At HelloCrowd, we understand that adding artwork to your event app is an important part of creating a professional and engaging experience for your attendees. We offer two options for adding artwork to your app: uploading a logo and automatically converting it to an app icon and splash screen, or uploading your app icon and splash screen individually. The first option is the easiest and requires the least amount of effort, while the second option gives you more control over the final look and feel of your app. Whatever option you choose, make sure to follow the size guidelines to ensure that your app looks great on all devices.
