Setting up a Brand Kit

Brand kit is a feature that allows you to set default branding options for new events. Making use of several color palettes, you can set the entire theme of your brand. Moving further, let us take a look at how it is done.

How to Access Brand Kit?

Step 1: Click your Username

Upon successful login, click your username displayed on the top-right corner of the screen. This reveals a number of options.

Step 2: Choose 'Settings'

From the options revealed, click Settings. This takes you to the settings screen.


Step 3: Select 'Brand Kit'

From the options available in the left navigation bar, select Brand Kit. This opens the Brand Kit screen.

How to Set up Brand Kit?

Once on the brand kit, you can make a number of selections to setup the required branding options.

Step 1: Select Company Logo

From the Logos heading, click Light Background in case you want to upload the company logo with a light background.

In case you want to use a dark background, click Dark Background.

Making either selection opens your system storage for you to make the required selection for logo.

Step 2: Choose the Header Font

Use the Select a Font dropdown under the Header Font heading to select the font in which the header would appear.

Similarly, choose the weight of the selected header font from the Select a font weight dropdown.

Step 3: Choose the Body Font

Like the header, use the Select a font dropdown under the Body Font heading to select the font in which the body would appear.

Moving further, choose the weight of the selected body font from the Select a font weight dropdown.

Step 4: Choose the Background Color

Moving on, the Colors heading has a number of color palettes for you to choose the brand colors. Starting off, use the Background color palette to select the color of the brand background.

Step 5: Choose the Link Color

Select the color in which you want the brand link to appear using the Link color palette.

Step 6: Choose Overlay Text Color

Select the color in which you want the text on the uploaded video(s) to appear using the Overlay Text color palette.

Step 7: Choose Body Text Color

Select the color in which you want the brand body text to appear using the Body Text color palette.

Step 8: Choose Button Color

Choose the color in which you want the brand buttons to appear using the Button color palette.

Step 9: Choose Button Text Color

Similarly, select the color in which you want the button text to appear using the Button Text color palette.

Step 10: Select Style for Buttons and Other Elements

Moving to the Style heading, select the style in which you want the buttons and other elements to appear on your brand using the options displayed under the Style heading.

Note: The selection made from here only applies to the web assets and not the mobile app.

Step 11: Upload the Event Icon

Click the thumbnail under the Event Icon heading. Doing so opens your system storage to select the default event icon for your event.

Step 12: Upload the Mobile App Splash Screen

Similarly, click the thumbnail under the Mobile App Splash Screen heading to choose the default splash screen for your mobile app.
