Setting an Event Theme

Once you have created an event, you can configure the event them by following a few simple steps in HelloCrowd. This article includes step-wise instructions for configuring an event theme.

Step 1: Select the Event

Once on the My Events dashboard, select the event for which you want to edit the theme. Doing so takes you to the selected event's details screen.

Step 2: Select Event Theme

From the left navigation bar, click Event Theme. This opens the Event Theme screen.

Step 3: Choose Event Logo

In case you want to use a light background for your event logo, click the Light Background thumbnail.

To use a dark background for your event logo, click the Dark Background thumbnail.

Either of these selections opens your system storage to choose the logo file from.

Step 4: Choose the Header Font

Use the Select a Font dropdown under the Header Font heading to select the font in which the event header would appear.

Similarly, choose the weight of the selected event header font from the Select a font weight dropdown.

Step 5: Choose the Body Font

Like the header, use the Select a font dropdown under the Body Font heading to select the font in which the event body would appear.

Moving further, choose the weight of the selected event body font from the Select a font weight dropdown.

Step 6: Choose the Background Color

Moving on, the Colors heading has a number of color palettes for you to choose the event colors. Starting off, use the Background color palette to select the color of the event background.

Step 7: Choose the Link Color

Select the color in which you want the event link to appear using the Link color palette.

Step 8: Choose Overlay Text Color

Select the color in which you want the text on the uploaded video(s) to appear using the Overlay Text color palette.

Step 9: Choose Body Text Color

Select the color in which you want the event body text to appear using the Body Text color palette.

Step 10: Choose Button Color

Choose the color in which you want the event buttons to appear using the Button color palette.

Step 11: Choose Button Text Color

Similarly, select the color in which you want the event button text to appear using the Button Text color palette.

Step 12: Select Style for Buttons and Other Elements

Moving to the Style heading, select the style in which you want the buttons and other elements to appear for the event using the options displayed under the Style heading.
