Welcome to the guide on using the Message Interactivity feature. This feature allows you to send push notifications and engage with your event attendees in a personalized and timely manner. Whether you want to share important updates, schedule reminders, or promote specific activities, the Message Interactivity feature has got you covered. In this guide, we will walk you through the step-by-step process of utilizing this feature to enhance communication during your event. Let's get started!

Step 1: Navigate to the Message Feature

Access the message interactivity feature by navigating to the corresponding section in your event management platform or app dashboard.

Step 2: Add Message

Click on the "Add Message" button to create a new message within the interactivity feature.

Step 3: Select Message Action

Choose whether you want to send the message immediately or schedule it for a specific date and time by selecting the drop down arrow. The sending options are Send Now and Schedule Date and Time.

Send Now: You can choose to send your message right away to ensure timely communication with your attendees.

Schedule Date and Time: Alternatively, you can schedule your message to be sent at a specific date and time in the future, allowing you to plan ahead and deliver information when it is most relevant.

Step 4: Type in Your Message Description

Compose the message content by typing it into the provided text field. Make sure to craft a clear and engaging message that effectively conveys your intended information or announcement.

Note: Each message can contain up to 250 characters.

Step 5: Choose to Post to Event Feed (Optional)

Toggle the event feed icon to additionally post the message to your event feed. This will allow you to include images in your post and increase visibility and engagement among attendees.

Step 6: Add Optional Image (If Event Feed Icon Toggled)

If you have toggled the event feed icon, you can upload an optional image to accompany your post. This can make your message more visually appealing and impactful.

Step 7: Removing an Uploaded Image

If you have uploaded an incorrect or unwanted image in your post and wish to remove it. Simply delete the image from the post by selecting the “bin” icon.

Step 8: Select Send Now

Once you have finalized your message and any accompanying image (if applicable), click on the "Send Now" button to deliver the message. It will be sent as a push notification to the intended recipients.

Congratulations! You now have the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the Message Interactivity feature. With the ability to navigate to the feature, add messages, schedule or send them immediately, include optional images, and post on the event feed, you can engage and inform your attendees in real-time.
