Forgetting your account password is common. However, you do not need to worry about it since Hellocrowd makes it convenient to reset your account password by following some simple steps. In this article, we will take a detailed look into how you can reset your account password.
Step 1: Click 'Forgot?'
Upon landing on the login screen, click the Forgot? hyperlink displayed in the Password field. Doing so takes you to the Forgot password screen.
Step 2: Enter your Email Address
Use the Email Address field to enter your registered email address.
Step 3: Click 'Send Instructions'
Once the email address is entered, click the Send Instructions button. This sends a one-time password to your email address.
Step 4: Enter the OTP
Open your email inbox and locate the OTP sent from Hellocrowd. Once located, enter the 6-digit OTP in the One Time Pin field.
Step 5: Enter New Password
Use the New Password field to enter the new password.
Step 6: Re-type New Password
For confirmation, re-type the new password in the Retype Password field.
Step 7: Click 'Finish'
Once the new password is set, click the Finish button.
