Sharing an Event with a Colleague or Outside Collaborator

Once you have created an event, you also have the ability to share the event with a colleague or an outside collaborator. Moving further, let us take a detailed look into how you can share an event in HelloCrowd.

Step 1: Select the Event

Once on the My Events dashboard, select the event for which you want to edit the theme. Doing so takes you to the selected event's details screen.

Step 2: Click 'Share'

Once the selected event's details are displayed, click the Share button located at the top bar. This opens the Share Event popup.

Step 3: Click '+ Share this event'

Click the +Share this event button. Doing so reveals the Email Address field and Role dropdown.

Step 4: Enter Email Address

Enter the email address of the colleague or outside collaborator you want to share the event with in the Email Address field.

Step 5: Select Role

Use the Role dropdown to select the role you want to assign to the colleague or outside collaborator.

Step 6: Click 'Save'

Once the required selections are made, click the Save button.
