Updated over a year ago

As an event planner or organizer, your goal is to create an experience that your attendees will remember for years to come. And with HelloCrowd's page visibility feature, you can do just that. This powerful feature allows you to choose when certain menu items become available in your event app. This means you can create a schedule for releasing information to your attendees and build anticipation for the event. Let's dive into how to use page visibility in HelloCrowd.

Step 1: Click on any menu item inside the app

When you're inside the app, navigate to the menu item that you want to control the visibility for. Click on it to open the settings.

Step 2: Click on the settings icon on the right

Once you've opened the menu item, look for the settings icon on the right-hand side of the screen. Click on it to open the page visibility settings.

Step 3: Select from Visible, Hidden, or Scheduled

There are three options for page visibility: Visible, Hidden, and Scheduled. Visible means that the menu item is always visible to your attendees. Hidden means that the menu item is hidden and not visible to your attendees. And Scheduled means that the menu item will become available at a specific date and time.

Step 4: Set the visibility schedule

If you choose the Scheduled option, you can set a date and time for when the menu item will become available. You can also choose to send a push notification to your attendees to let them know when the item becomes available. This can help build anticipation and excitement for your event.

Congratulations, you've learned how to use page visibility in HelloCrowd to better engage with your attendees. By using this feature, you can create a schedule for releasing information and build excitement for your event. We hope this guide has been helpful to you. Happy planning!
