Image and Document Upload Limits
Updated over a week ago

One of the key features of the HelloCrowd app is the ability to upload documents and images to the app. However, to ensure the best possible experience for all users, we have implemented file size limits for uploads.

Document Uploads

For document uploads, the maximum file size allowed is 50MB. This means that any document that you want to upload to the app must be smaller than 50MB in size. This includes files such as PDFs, Word documents, and spreadsheets.

The reason for this file size limit is to ensure that the app remains fast and responsive for all users. Large document files can take a long time to upload and download, and they can also consume a lot of storage space on users' devices. By limiting document uploads to 50MB, we can help to ensure that the app remains easy to use and efficient for all users.

Image Uploads

For image uploads, the maximum file size allowed is 20MB. This means that any image that you want to upload to the app must be smaller than 20MB in size. This includes files such as JPEGs, PNGs, and GIFs.

The reason for this file size limit is similar to that of document uploads. Large image files can take a long time to upload and download, and they can also consume a lot of storage space on users' devices. By limiting image uploads to 20MB, we can help to ensure that the app remains fast and responsive, even when users are downloading large numbers of images.
