In this guide, we will walk you through the straightforward process of deleting any promo codes that you no longer wish to offer for your event. Follow these simple steps to keep your promo code list clean and up to date.
Step 1: Select the Promo Code
To delete a promo code, start by selecting the promo code you no longer want to offer. This can be done by ticking the checkbox next to the promo code.
Step 2: Click the Delete Icon
Once you've chosen the promo code you want to remove, locate the 'Delete' buttonl, located at the top right corner. Click on this icon to initiate the deletion process.
Please ensure that you indeed want to delete the promo code, as there won't be a confirmation pop-up. Once you click 'Delete,' the promo code will be promptly removed from your list.
Step 3: Promo Code Deletion Confirmation
As shown below, the selected promo code will be immediately deleted from your event builder. No confirmation pop-up will appear. Your remaining promo codes will still be visible, making it easy to manage your list of active promo codes effectively.
