Setting Up Account-Wide Terms and Policies

With HelloCrowd, you can also setup account-wide terms and policies by following a few simple steps. In this article, we will take a detailed look into how you can set up terms and policies.

Step 1: Click your Username

Upon successful login, click your username displayed on the top-right corner of the screen. This reveals a number of options.

Step 2: Click 'Settings'

From the options revealed, click Settings. This takes you to the settings screen.

Step 3: Click 'Terms and Policies'

Once on the Settings screen, click Terms and Policies from the left navigation bar. Doing so takes you to the Terms and Policies screen.

Step 4: Enter the Custom Privacy Policy URL

Provide the URL for your custom privacy policy in the Custom Privacy Policy URL field.

Step 5: Choose the Scope for Privacy Policy

In case you want the custom privacy policy to apply account-wide, disable the Users can update at Event Level toggle button.

Step 6: Enter the Custom Terms of Service URL

Provide the URL for your custom terms of service in the Custom Terms of Service URL field.

Step 7: Choose the Scope for Terms of Service

In case you want the custom terms of service to apply account-wide, disable the Users can update at Event Level toggle button.
