Among all the other features of an event, you can also view, add, and manage invitees for your event in HelloCrowd. In this article, we will take a detailed look into how you can add and manage invitees.

Adding an Invitee

Step 1: Select the Event

Once on the My Events dashboard, select the event for which you want to add attendees. Doing so takes you to the selected event's details screen.

Step 2: Click 'Invitees'

From the left navigation bar, click Invitees. Doing so takes you to the Invitees screen.

Step 3: Click 'Add invitee +'

Once on the Invitees screen, click the Add invitee + button. This opens Add Invitee popup.

Step 4: Enter Invitee Name

Use the First Name and Last Name fields to record the name of the invitee.

Step 5: Enter Email Address

Enter the email address of the invitee in the Email Address field.

Step 6: Select Invitee Type

Use the Invitee Type dropdown to select the type in which the invitee falls.

Step 7: Send Invitation Email

In case you want to send an invitation email, enable the Send Invitation Email toggle button.

Step 8: Click 'Add invitee'

Once the required information is recorded, click the Add invitee button.

Managing Invitees

The added invitees are listed on the Invitees screen with their details tabulated via Name, Email Address, Invitee Type, and Status columns.

Configure Display Columns

To configure the columns displayed on the grid, click the columns icon. Doing so opens the Display Columns popup from where you can mark the checkbox(s) for the column(s) you want to be displayed for the added invitees.

Filter by Status

You can also filter the invitees displayed on the grid based on their status. For that, click the Status button. This reveals a dropdown.

Select the invitee status(s) you want to be displayed in the list.

Delete Invitee

To delete an invitee, mark the checkbox(s) for the invitee(s) you want to delete. This reveals the Action dropdown.

Click the Action dropdown and click Delete Invitee.

Import Invitees

You can also import invitees from a file or a service.

Step 1: Click Import Icon

Click the import icon located at the top of the grid. Doing so opens the Import Data window.

Step 2: Select Import Method

You can import invitees from a .CSV file or connect from a service. To import from file, drag and drop the file in the 'Drag and drop your file here' section or click the Click to upload hyperlink to choose the file from your system storage.

To import from a service, click Connect a Service from the options on the left.

Step 3: Click 'Match Data'

Once the file is uploaded, click the Match Data button. This displays all imported columns of the .CSV file for you to review.

Step 4: Click 'Complete Import'

Once the columns are reviewed, click the Complete Import button. This imports the data.
