In HelloCrowd, you can also manage your attendee list for an event. In this article, we will take a detailed look into how you can manage the attendee list.
Step 1: Select the Event
Once on the My Events dashboard, select the event for which you want to add attendees. Doing so takes you to the selected event's details screen.
Step 2: Click 'Invitees'
From the left navigation bar, click Invitees. Doing so takes you to the Invitees screen.

Step 3: Click 'Attendee List'
From the left navigation bar, click Attendee List. This takes you to the Attendee List screen.
Step 4: Attendee Actions
To download the attendee list, click the Download button.
To configure display columns, click display columns button. This opens the Display Columns popup.
Mark the checkbox(s) for the columns you want to display for the attendee information on the Attendees List.
Import Attendees
Step 1: Click Import Icon
Click the import icon located at the top of the grid. Doing so opens a number of options.
Step 2: Select Import Type
Select whether you want to import flights, hotels, or attendees.
Step 3: Select Import Method
In case you select flights or hotels, the Import Flight or Import Hotel popup opens. Here, you can drag the .CSV file in the popup or click the 'Click to Upload' hyperlink to upload the file from your system storage.
In case you select attendees, the process is similar to the one explained for managing invitees.
