What is the Difference between Attendee Type and Invitee Type
What is the Difference between Attendee Type and Invitee Type
Updated over a month ago

An attendee is defined as the set of people who actually participate in your event. On the other hand, invitee includes everyone to whom an invitation was extended for the event regardless of their participation.

Invitees are segregated into further types that include General and VIP or VVIP. Anyone who is not a special guest falls in the General invitee type and the specific set of people adding value to the event fall in the VIP or VVIP type.

Attendee type defines the method via which the attendees participate in your event. If you have the event physically hosted at a venue and people can also join online, the attendee type would include physically present and online.
